Nice story, nice pix.
I am lost in admiration for you dudes that get off (sealed) roads a bit wit' ya big Beemers. Being an ex-cocky I got to do the off-road thing on small bikes, many moons ago. To be frank, my sons and I often went looking for trouble, which usually found us, eventually. As a fairly fit forty-year old I found some of the contact with the paddock uncomfortable - I ain't gonna go there now I'm rushing uphill to 60.
You just go, you good things! If I didn't stop to remind myself I have the "Sex Toy" (R1100S) in the garage, I'd be jealous of you.
