For many years the Librarian has parked her scoot in the same possie at work, undisturbed by Richard K's division of the outfit for whom she works. Now the fines have started to roll in: clearly the AN250 has reached a critical size/mass that places it within the purlieu of the parking nazis. And we've run out of vehicle options other than the Burgman for Jean to use. The PMX50 was destroyed in the same accident as her knee, the AN125 was stolen, only the AN250 is left.I hope, in the interests of efficiency, when we become unwilling citizens of Rodneyville, that Jean's and Richard's employer, Rodneyville City Company Unlimited, will just extract the fine from Libraries and Information Services budget and pay it straight to Traffic Infringement Services budget without clipping the ticket at the Pay Office and New Zealand Post on the way through..At the moment it is not only expensive, but almost biblical: the Council giveth, and the Council taketh away. And, P.S., they could save more postage by not sending me, the registered owner, the infringement notice - they could just give it to Jean in person, 'cos they seem to pop into the Library for smoko when they are stalking the carpark there......... 👿
