    Hi,I'm looking to replace my 8yr old BMW battery and wondered if anyone out there is using one?  The web is telling me that for my R1150GS I should be buying the PC680/ELA59016, I wondered if anyone can confirm this? And in case you think I'm throwing my money away :-o, Its cheaper for me to get it from the UK than to buy an OEM here (as a friend is doing some shipping).

    Yeah mate I had the pc680 in my 01 1150gs. Sold bike after having it in there for a couple of years and it was good as the day I fitted it. Was told I could well get 10 yrs out of it. Seemed a bit exy at first but cheap in the long run. Would certainly buy one again. IIRC was about $210 oz. Hope this helps.
